I basically think the title of this post says it all. Nova is one of the best written comic books in print right now, period. I'd ask anyone who can afford to, to give Nova a try. Even if you remember the Nova character from the 90's and didn't like him, trust me, this comic book is well worth a read.
Basically, since the Annihilation storyline from about 2 1/2 to 3 years ago, Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning have been quietly producing some of the best work to come out of Marvel Comics. Like I said, if you can afford to pick up a Nova tpb, or even the tpb for Annihilation, do it right away, and see what you're missing out on!
